How do I apply LipSense?

• To experience the “long lasting and luxurious” color that LipSense has to offer, you'll want to only use LipSense color with the LipSense Lip Gloss as it is patented to permeate through the liquid membrane of LipSense and actually deliver moisture to your lips without drying out your lips.

How to remove HydraMatte LipSense?

• HydraMatte is removed easily with Ooops! Remover and a clean cotton round or cloth.

What makes LipSense different?

• It's actually thinner than water because it's made with SD40 alcohol so that it applies evenly, dries very quickly and leaves only the color in place. No thick waxy residue buildup for you to smear and smudge around like traditional makeup!

Why are there three layers of LipSense?

• It may seem like a burden but it's not! It works plus it means that you combine multiple colours to create an individualised colour. For example, if you bought 2 tubes of lip colours, you would have 8 different colours to play with my combining the layers in different orders.

Does LipSense contain lead?

• LipSense is gluten-free, vegan, kosher, non-GMO, contains no lead and no animal by-products.

How long does each product last? Especially if you are using three layers with the lip color.

• When one color is used every day, the lip color lasts 4-6 months. However, most customers purchase more than one color, which extends the longevity of the product. Gloss lasts 3-4 weeks, but again, most customers purchase different glosses.

What preservative is present in LipSense?

• There is no preservative in LipSense. It is self-preserved. The liquid delivery system naturally kills germs and bacteria.

Why does my LipSense not stay on and peel off?

• The color technology works a little differently on each user due to different pH factors. Also, the long-lasting color technology can be impacted by medications a consumer may be taking. You may find some shades work better on your lips than others. Make sure you use only three layers of color. If the color is too thick, it may peel off.

Are there any LipSense or lip glosses that are free of wheat and gluten?

• Yes, my lip colors and gloss do not contain wheat or gluten.

The lip colors appear to be slightly different shades from time to time. Why?

• Just like in wallpaper, tile, and fabric, it is not unusual to have some variation in color from one product run to another because the color pigments I use are from natural sources. My formulators try to match each run for consistency, but there can be minute variations.
